The hotel is truly a gem, with spotless and beautifully decorated rooms that come with lots of nice touches and extras for a very comfortable stay. The location is fantastic, right in the center of Whitehaven, just a 2-minute walk from bars and restaurants. The dining options are excellent, ranging from sumptuous Asian-influenced dishes to a small bar for a cozy evening. The only downside is the lack of parking nearby, but the friendly service and overall value make up for it.

The hotel was absolutely gorgeous, with beautiful and spotlessly clean rooms of a very high, boutique standard. The service was superb, making for a truly welcoming stay. Despite the great location in the very center of Whitehaven, it fell short when it came to providing clear directions to a good car park. Dining at the hotel was excellent, with huge portions and mouth-watering dishes. The facilities were top-notch, adding to the overall luxurious experience.
